Management Trainee / Shift Leader (Supervisor)


• Set-up and execute system & controls for restaurant.
• Propose, plan and execute marketing initiative for    restaurant.
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to    increase sales and minimize costs, including food,    beverage, supply, utility and labour cost.
• Assist Asst. Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager in    the day-to-day
• running of the operations.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints concerning    food quality and service.
• Maintains service standards in restaurant.
• Provides excellent customer service and creates a    positive atmosphere for guest relations.
• Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies    excellent customer service and creates a positive    atmosphere for guest relations.
• Supervises daily shift operations.
• Manages service delivery in outlets to ensure excellent    service from point of entry to departure.
• Ensures corrective action is taken to continuously    improve service results.


• Management Trainee : Min Diploma holder in any    discipline. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• For Shift Leader : Min 1-2 years experience in the F&B    industry as Supervisor.
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher    Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional    Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate    Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management,    Food & Beverage Services Management,    Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Preferred skill(s): Ms Office, POS System, Decision Making    & Customer Service.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related    field is required for this position.
• Experience in Fast Food outlets are encourage to apply. • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant    residence status.
